Steps We’re Taking to Keep You Safe

Traveling looks different right now, so does staying in a hotel. We know how much you love our amenities. For the interest of safety, some of our services are adjusted and new safety measures are being implemented.
 
We are committed to offering you our amenities while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.
Amenities:
  • Based on the current CDC & county guidelines, we've limited the availability of our Hotel Shuttle to 50% capacity. Our shuttle service to Big Sky Resort will be available from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM and 3 PM to 5 PM with 30-minute intervals. Sign-up will be required for all trips. The shuttle will not run to any of the surrounding clubs and areas, including Spanish Peaks, Yellowstone Club, Moonlight Basin, or the Greater Big Sky Resort area
  • Fitness Center will be openat 50% capacity from 7 AM - 11 PM. Social distancing protocols are in place. Guests have toself-sanitize fitness equipment before and after workout using disinfecting wipes (we're providing). We will be cleaning the equipment frequently
  • To ensure your safety, our breakfast buffet service is temporarily unavailable. But you can grab and go our individually packaged breakfast and coffee
  • Laundry facilities will be open 24/7
  • Business center is located just off the lobby and will have one tablet available for guests
  • Outdoor pool & hot tub is open from 7 AM - 11 PM at 50% capacity. There will be a sign-in/sign-out sheet for our hot tub at the front desk
Common Areas:
  • Associates will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) at all times
  • Guests are mandated to wear personal face coverings in all public areas based upon guidelines from state and local health authorities
  • Our Lobby bar will be closed for the 2020-2021 winter season. Wine and Beer will be available in the Gift Shop
  • We're selling hand sanitizer bottles in our market 24/7. Disposable face masks are availableat the front desk
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas like restrooms, elevators, and providing hand sanitizing stations
  • You'll see signage throughout the hotel promoting physical distancing and encouraging guests to stand at least 6 feet apart. There are signs on and inside elevators to encourage social distancing
Guest Rooms:
  • For the safety of our guests and staff all stay over services are given every 4 days after check-in. Please let our front desk staff know if you would like any extra towels, bath amenities, linen or kitchen amenities and we will deliver them right away
